All sales are final. We did not accept any return. Once you have entered your accurate personal and payment details and placed your order, we shall send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and HKCDShop. Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and HKCDShop will be completed when we send you an email to confirm that the goods have been dispatched to you with a tracking number. Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Notwithstanding the above, HKCDShop reserves its right not to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, any one or more of the following:
The product you ordered is out of stock or physical un-allocation.
We identify a pricing or product description error.
We are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
You do not meet the eligibility criteria to purchase as set out in this agreement.
In the above cases, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Customs and import charges
As a buyer, it’s your responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply, and to pay them. Before you place an order, it’s a good idea to check with your country’s customs office for more specific details. HKCDShop will be bear any responsibility in any import tax arise.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
Purchasers should be prepared to take all risks associated with mail delivery. In case of damaged or lost items, we would on behalf of you, to start the investigation with the courier. Any compensation from courier would be solely returned to the customer.
