1. CAN I PURCHASE FROM OVERSEAS?

4. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER INFORMATION, OR DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Once order is confirmed, all information and delivery details cannot be changed.
5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
HKCDShop’s team will give you a delivery notice by email, attached with several packaging pictures, with shipping details to your assigned email address. Your products will be sent out within 6 working days after your order is placed. We will try our best to ensure on-time delivery but it is not guaranteed.
Shipment will be handled by a third party, most likely, Hong Kong Post / SF Express. You may refer to the tracking number in the delivery notification email and check the status of your shipment by visiting the courier service’s official website (www.hongkongpost.hk).
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. Delay may also occur as a result of pending payment verifications or customs clearance.
6. WHAT ARE THE FEES AND SERVICE COVERAGE FOR DELIVERY?
All mailing fee are covered in the item price already.
Import Taxes & Duties – Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by HKCDShop. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
7. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Sorry, ordered items and quantities cannot be changed or canceled once the order is confirmed.
8. HOW CAN I PAY WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
In addition to paying directly with a PayPal account, you may also pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards via PayPal with NO Registration Required.
